All information is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Listings may contain errors, may be out of date, or may describe events that have changed, moved, or been cancelled. We do not guarantee any event will occur, any place will be open, or that any listing (including age recommendations, accessibility, pricing, or safety information) is accurate. Verify everything with the source before relying on it.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and for the safety and supervision of any children in your care. Activities, venues, and travel involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of the information and from attending or visiting any event, venue, business, or place you learned about through Last Bell Family. You agree that Last Bell Family is not responsible for supervising children, screening venues or other attendees, or ensuring any location is safe, open, or suitable.
Listings, links, sponsorships, and advertisements do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee. Third-party events, venues, businesses, and websites are operated by others under their own terms, policies, and rules; we are not responsible or liable for their actions, omissions, content, products, services, conduct, or safety practices. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Bell Family and its owner, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or harm, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service or any information in it, any event/venue/place you attended, or the acts or omissions of any third party — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If you submit an event or other content, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it and to authorize its publication. You grant Last Bell Family a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to edit, summarize, display, and distribute the submitted information across our website, email, social media, and texts. Our original text, design, and compilation are owned by Last Bell Family. Park and place data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the Open Database License (ODbL). You may not scrape, copy, republish, or resell our listings or database, or use the service for any unlawful purpose, without written permission. Event facts are summarized in our own words and link back to their sources.
What we collect. If you subscribe, we collect the email address (and, if you opt in, the mobile number) you give us, plus basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used (e.g., pages viewed). If you submit an event, we collect the contact details you provide.
How we use it. To send you the newsletter/texts you signed up for, to operate and improve the service, and to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us run the product (for example, our email platform [beehiiv], analytics, and hosting), who process it on our behalf.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in every message, reply STOP to texts, or email us to access, correct, or delete your information.
Cookies & analytics. We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics and may use cookies for basic functionality. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” preference is respected where feasible.
Last Bell Family is intended for parents, caregivers, and other adults — it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. (We aim to comply with COPPA and applicable children’s-privacy laws.)
By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring informational emails (and, if you opt in, texts) from Last Bell Family. Email complies with CAN-SPAM: every message includes our mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe. Texts (when offered) comply with the TCPA and carrier rules: message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
